1 whole large egg
2 large egg whites (you can use 3 egg whites to reduce cals if desired)
1/4 green pepper chopped
1/4 red pepper chopped
3 mushrooms finely diced
1 grimms flax seed or whole wheat whole grain wrap
2 tbsp salsa
salt/pepper to taste
2 slices butterball turkey bacon
pam olive oil cooking spray

Simple really spray pan twith 1 quick shot of pam throw in mushrooms & peppers saute for 3-5 mins then add eggs stir to cook faster and add salt/pepper (I use a dash of sea salt and some fresh cracked pepper)
cook turkey bacon in the same manner in another pan while the eggs cooked till crispy
Put the eggs and salsa in the center of wrap top with turkey bacon and eat.
total time to make is about 15 mins and its around 360 cal or so with the whole egg less if you use 3 egg whites. Lots of protein to get you going in the morning.

    one of my fav breakfasts plus a great way to start the day, fiber protein turkey bacon = yum.

    Its a choice you can vary what you put in, I happen to really like the turkey bacon as its much lighter than real bacon, you can also add a fat free black diamond cheese slice for an extra 35 cal the total cal for the recipe is around 345 as it is, adding the cheese slice would bring it to 380, still not bad all things considered.
