hi starting out here

Hi there group... site a bit confusing....
I started 3wks ago and lost 12lbs so far
I'm on mincavi eating plan, 3 meals a day and 3 snacks, eating healthy is a goal and doing well at about 1400cal/day.
Also working out with my treadmill 30-45min 3 times a wk, also doing my wii active love it and also as of last wk added weight training...
I'm also a proud mom of 2 actives kids, 2 and a 4 year old,
plus I work so pretty busy person....

But now it's time for me & taking care of my needs, my health matters

  • WELCOME:) I have 3 active kids so can relate to mommy duties plus a FT job....I follow eating clean which is eating 6 meals a day. I have been on hereabout 3 weeks myself and just focused on eating and will start working out next week....I am a sugar addict! LOl
  • Hi! I started November 15th and I have lost about 42 lbs to right now today. I would like to lose another 60 by July. I eat 1000 calories a day and eat very healthy and drink drink drink water alllll day. I want to make sure I work out twice a day too. I need support.

    with kids we have to not loose who we are.
    My kids always came first
    To get those extra hours in a day to take care of myself I get up earlier to train or do it when they are in bed evenings.

    as for the sugar, cravings are real hard!
    but clean for 3wks+ now

    I don't know of your diet plan, can you explain?

    wtg! bravo for you... you are on the right track, a lot of loose in a short time. Where do you find the time to train twice a day?
