Slim Styles shake (meal replacement)

(French Vanilla Slim Styles drink mix byt Natural Factors brand)
Does anyone else use this drink.I was recomended to drink it at Mother's Market.
and if you do drink it when? after a workout or before or just as a meal replacement?
How do you like? how long have been drinking it? and does it help you? : )

    i use it as a totally body shift meaning i drink it so i can have my daily big mac. but it works well ive gained 100! in just 2 weeks

    I have RX MEAL REPLACEMENT, chocolate milkshake. I drink mine in the morning before I go to the gym.

    It took some getting use to at first but its not that bad and I have a lot more energy throughout the day!

    great THANK YOU!! I've had it for a year and its not expired so i tought I give it a try : )...I will start drinking it in before a workout ..
