    my biggest tip is to NOT drink your calories.....no coffee no pop no diet pop no nothing but water!!!!!!!!!!!! and lots of it......i think i lost more than half my weight easy peasy just from switching to water!!!!!

    That is truly amazing, you really have lost years off your face. I saw the first pic and thought that you looked fine, then the after pic. Crikey you look half the age you did in the first one. I rarely comment on these, but wow!

    way to go!! i can't believe that i didnt take a before shot! i'll have to look through mine and see if i can find one from when I was my heaviest (a tall order since i started hiding from the camera) only my profile pic in the Belle costume is a recent photo.
