    UK user here too....

    I've lost over a stone since Christmas, it's been done with cutting out eating between meals, cutting out chocolate (which for me is a big thing) and exercise too....

    Hi :smile: Another Brit here, from Southampton. I'm also new to MFP, using the iPhone app on my iPod touch and finding it really convenient not to have to use the PC all the time.

    My aim is to get a grip on my health and fitness before I hit 50. Milestone birthdays tend to focus the mind :laugh:
