What should I eat? What will fill me up the best?

    i've found cottage cheese is an excellent snack. 1/2 cup of the 4% is 100 calories exactly. and it's filling. :)

    I'd go with almonds too -- unless you are having to use that 100 calories for a meal! For that, I'd go with a HUGE salad with a bit of olive oil/lemon juice for dressing.

    Protein. A handle full of nuts, Peanut butter and toast or meat.

    I always like to make sure i have some stuff like Hummus and Pita chips oatmeal, carrots, cheerios, grapes, apple, popcorn (2cups), Pickle, Sugar free jello, V8 or Tuna. Those little 100 calorie packs are good but some may have 100 cals but they have lots of sugar. Hope it helps.
  • A 100 cal bag of Smart Food (white cheddar popcorn).. Yum!
  • 1tbsp of hummus and a bunch of baby carrots.

    I'm a peanut butter girl all the way.... if I had an extra 100, I use it and just eat a tablespoon of PB :) I don't need anything else! LOL
