Hello Everyone!

I joined the site just a few days ago. So far, so good. I love it! I've been pregnant twice in the last 3 years and I've started working out at a local gym where I'm meeting a trainer. She recommended I join this site. I'm so glad she did, because this site really keeps you accountable for what you eat and the exercise you choose to do. I think making a note of all of this really does make a difference in whether you lose weight or not. I didn't realize how easily I can get off track on my calorie intake. This site motivates you to make changes I think. I'm hoping to lose at least 30 lbs. Hope everyone here sticks with it, including me!
