I have whatever I like for my snacks but the amount of it depends on the cals I have allocated for it and wether I will remain within my fats and sat fats limits also for example I have an allowance of 1300 cals I tend to use 1000 on my 3 meals and then I have 300 left for snacks some days I will only have one snack say a mars bar others I will have 3 snacks under 100 cals many treat size chocs and sweets are under 100 cals but then I also have glasses of fruit juice, pieces of fruit, green tea and vegetable sticks. I have found that if I have a snack which satisfies my sweet tooth I'm less likely to pig out on it later it has worked so far I lost 18lb this month and still enjoyed my food I often say on this site for the first time in my life I don't feel like I'm on a diet I hope this all helps x0

I love dipping red bell pepper strips in cottege cheese.
Air popped popcorn (i found that if you spritz with pam then you can get some seasonings to stick. Chili poweder is pretty good surprisingly!~!)

I like Dannon Light n Fit yogurt (80 calories per 6-oz. container). Maybe there's too much sugar in these though. The Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches are really good too! One sandwich has 140 calories and 1.5g fat - not too bad ...0

The skinny cow has awesome stuff I love it very yummy and low cal. When I snack I always make sure to add a protein like If I have an apple I always have a reduced fat cheese stick with it. If u like peanut butter a serving of peanut butter works well too. Snacking on fruits and veggies are always a safe bet just make sure to add a protein. I learned this from my personal trainer!
I have a health and wellness business online that has some really yummy healthy snacks as well as some supplements. I have been using things from my business in conjunction with everyday food and have had great success within the last year. I went from 210 pounds to 146 where I am today. We have great stuff like snack bars that are only 100 calories. My two favorites are the fudgy brownie w/almonds and caramel creme. We also have meal replacement shakes(140 calories each) that I like to use as meals then add fruit, veggies, cheese, yogurt or a serving of healthy chips like rice cakes usually for my lunch. If your interested let me know I can give u my website so you can take a look. The fudgy brownie bars and milk chocolate meal replacement shakes really help when u need a sweet or chocolate fix. The skinny cow bars are great for that too! I hope some of this helps you :P0
