i've just started my weight loss mission in earnest as of January 1, 2011 after weighing myself on 12/31/10 and shocking myself by weighing in at 243lbs an all time high for me. So far I have been hanging with the calorie count (formulated to lose 2lbs per week) most days or at least pretty close. I have been exercising at the gym 5-6 days a week and so far I have dropped 14lbs nicely ahead of my 2lb/wk goal. I am shooting for 185.
