    I'm with the OP on potato products...baked, mashed, fried, boiled, smashed...doesn't matter how...I love them all!

    That is so tough. If it were no cals AND didn't raise blood sugar, then it would have to be a sweet. Golden Oreos or some chocolate candy. Depends on my mood and it's hard to think of something that I would become sick of after a few days. Double stuff golden oreos would be awesome, but then I'd wither away and die from just eating that w/ no real food. Quite a dilema.

    I eat it almost everyday anyway. Yes, I expect to lose weight eating dark chocolate every single day. I just don't eat as much as I want or could. As in an entire bar of it...

    i got home last night after drinking a bottle of wine and ate

    a huge pitta bread with grilled chicken and lots of mayo
    irn=bru (sugary drink)
    a packed of crisps
    a handful of chocolate

    all food eaten whilst drunk should be calorie free! may have to double my gym time today!!
