Sorry not to have posted much this week, but we've been having internet connection problems.
Not done too well on the jumping jacks to say I started so well, but I started with a cold - not much of an excuse I know.

With the blizzard of 2011 sweeping through, I was out of routine this week...poor excuse, but I am a
structure person and as soon as that is taken away, I feel like it's a party!!
That being said, I weighed in this morning at 214.4...not what I would like to see, but still going down.
That puts me at a LOSS of .4 pounds this week...
