1 cup lowfat 1% cottage cheese
2 tsp italian seasoning
3 Grape tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
10-12 chopped black olives
6 Triscuits

1 cup lowfat 1% cottage cheese

This is one serving and is about 430 calories. I love it!
