This "Spicy Turkey Meatloaf" is one of my families favorites. It was featured in a Gourmet Light magazine. I'll never go back to a beef meatloaf. This is, by far, the very best ever.

Really sorry. I copied the recipe from another application. I see that it has combined the ingredient list with the cooking directions. You should be able to find an intact recipe by googling Gourmet light and searching for "spicy turkey meatloaf"

I use ground turkey in my spaghetti sauce and my family is starting to prefer it that way. Also did turkey tacos and they were fabulous. I really think anything you use beef...you could substitute ground turkey or chicken. I wait for chicken thighs to go on sale and then use my food processor to process it myself.0

I just did a turkey meatloaf tonight! You can find the recipe, and the rest of what I made for dinner, on my daily cooking blog. You can find that by going to

You can use it every way you used ground beef. I used it in everything meatloaf, burgers, tacos, and lasanga. There is very little grease and the best part is it doesn't shrink!
