Ferrero Rocher yummy chocolate snack :)

Ingredients
 

10 Ryvita
4 tbsp Nutella
Method
Crush the ryvita. Warm the nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds. Mix with the ryvita and out into small cake cases.
Makes 20-30


So in the data base 1 tescos table spoon on chocolate spread is 85 calories
85*4= 340

And also rivita is 20
20*10=200

I just can't seem to work out individual would u say

340+200= 540 and the divid 540 by say 20 that 27 calories for each one...... If that's how is works out :)

    yep, thats how it works but stick to 20 portions or the calories will obviously be different

    They are yummy it's a little quick choclate fix my be if u make 30 there will be a better calorie spread :) and can I just say I dont like ferrero rocher that much but these are lovely x
