Here's the weird "bachelor meal" I just made
1 salmon burger
1 whole wheat tortilla
1.5 cups of frozen spinach (yields about 1/2 cup after nuking)
~2 tsp whole grain mustard
Heat up the salmon burger on a skillet with a little non stick spray.
Nuke the spinach in the microwave in a bowl with a little bit of water. Drain the water when it's done.
After the salmon burger is done, toss the tortilla on the skillet for a few minutes to warm it up.
Break the burger up and put it in the tortilla. Add the mustard and the spinach.
Roll and enjoy
