i lifted, carried, and moved very heavy boxes today, & shoveled my ffathers driveway and wheelchair ramp. what would i log it under name wise? im unsure exactly how mny cals it burned. i dont own a HRM

    There is something in there about moving boxes that you can use. And you can log shoveling snow, as well. :)

    shoveling is in the data base. for the boxes moving if you can't find anything then maybe do that under cleaning but not the light effort one.

    There are two: Shoveling snow and Lifting Boxes (or something like that)
    Those would be the ones I'd use!! :)

    I just logged my snow shoveling! Not sure about the boxes, but Cleaning,heavy might give you some result!
