My BMR says 1,649 calories/ daily but my Food diary says 1,230 calories/daily :frown:
What should I be eating daily? I am having trouble lately loosing. I am at 209.6lbs down from 232lbs. Ive been stuck at 209.6lbs for a month now!!! :mad:

Can you show your food diary? Maybe I can have a look for you and see if I can help a bit0

the food diary is your goal calories to consume based on the weight loss speed you set (1.5lbs a week?), but if you're stuck at a weight change it up, have more calories one day, have less... see what you can do, are you eating your exercise calories etc. If you haven't been eating them try eating them and seeing what happens.0

I believe that your bmr reflects the number of calories that you'd burn in a typical day. The number of calories that your food diary shows are the number that you should try to hit in order to lose weight.
Correction: according to the Tools page on this site, "Your BMR is how many calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day — basically, how many calories you burn just to stay alive. Determine your BMR using our handy online calculator"0 -
