For all the peanut butter lovers out there

For all the peanut butter lovers out there I wanted to share with you one of the key products that has been a HUGE staple in my weightloss journey. The product is called PB2 - Through a process that doesn’t involve the use of any chemicals and doesn’t alter nature’s intended balance found within the peanut, they have removed over 85% of the fat from premium quality peanuts. Essentially, the oil is squeezed out of roasted peanuts and what remains is a peanut butter powder – all natural with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. When you mix water with PB2 you get the same consistency as full-fat peanut butter, with all the roasted peanut flavor, but 85% less fat calories. I have not been able to find it in my local grocery store but you can order directly from bellplantation.

I love PB2!! The chocolate is my favorite. I mix with a little less water than the instructions say, though. I like the chocolate spread on a caramel corn rice cake. yummmm
My store, Hyvee, sells it with the regular peanut butters. But have not seen it at other stores.0 -
OH!! This is exactly what I need to end my pb binges (or at least make them less significant...). Thanks for sharing0

Good tip!
I've been eating Smart Balance when I eat peanut butter because it's healthier and tastes less sweet and more peanutty than typical peanut butters.
So does it taste the same as regular peanut butter or do you have to choke it down a little before you get used to it?0 -

I think it tastes just like real peanut butter! Of course it doesn't have all the oil to enhance the taste but the flavor is the same!!0

I'll have to check that out. My sister works at Trader Joe's and she's been getting me the peanut flour there. I add it to smoothies and I use it to make lower calorie peanut butter. But, I only do it at work because my 19 mo is allergic to peanuts.0

THANK YOU for posting this. I had no idea such a thing existed. I just placed an order with Bell Plantation, for both PB2 and the chocolate PB2.

That may be true... but calories are calories. You could always mix a little of the real stuff with it I suppose...0 -
Bump....sounds good0

Where do you get that??
EDIT>>>> nevermind... I guess I should finish reading before asking questions! lol. I am going to check that out! Thanks!0 -
I LOVE PB2!! I can't say enough good things about it, I've mentioned it a number of times around here as well. Seriously, I don't know what I love more, the calories, the low-fat, the flavor (of both the reg and chocolate) or that the entire ingredients list is just Roasted Peanuts, Sugar and Salt (and cocoa powder for the chocolate.
I'd been using Better'N Peanut Butter and switched the instant I found PB2. Not only does it taste better but it doesn't have to be refrigerated, has a much better looking ingredients list, and ultimately ends up cheaper per serving, even with ordering it online.
For a PB addict like me it's like a dream come true. And for anyone that has trouble not continuing to just dip into the jar of PB, this can help curb that since you mix up exactly how much you're using each time.0 -
So I imagine I could use this as a replacement for the PB I put in my protein breakfast shakes, huh? I will have to check our stores!0

Their website has a store locator to see where it might be available near you. The closest store to me is closing down so I'm left with ordering it online now.0

Apparently all the HyVees in my area carry them! Awesome.0

I'll have to check it out!.Thnaks for sharing!0
