Guess I'm serious about this, just bought myself a Sigma PC-9 HRM, did 8 miles on the bike this morning and a 2.16 mile walk with the dogs. . guess I'm serious LOL

    If you have a smartphone, you can download a free app that measures heart rate. It's very easy to use, too.
