Hey everyone,
I am looking for some friends and support. I have lost a total of 11 pounds. Some before I actually started tracking with MFP. I love the app on my phone and I am really working hard to stick with it. My goal is lose 30 more pounds by November. 3 to 4 pounds a month. My biggest concern is plateauing. What is your best solution for avoiding this?

You've come to the right place.
I love the iphone app too- i've tried others, including the paid apps, and none of thema re as good as this one.

With the help of this forum, you might easily achieve that.
I've lost 34 lbs myself since October, and a lot of it is down to using MFP.
( I will take some of the credit for myself!)

Eat regularly and don't skip meals

    HI there!
I lost 3 and a half stone before Christmas, but over christmas was up and down over a few pounds for nearly 2 months .. I dont think its something that you can avoid, but if you keep eating healthy and doing the good stuff, then it will soon start coming off again ... mine has!
    Hope this helps, keep going!!
