I have a few questions about building muscle questions I was hoping someone could answer.

1) How long does it take to build muscle?
2)Is strength training or cardio better for burning fat when you want to lose weight?
3)What is the best way to build strong muscles not body build.
4)I am 223lbs how much protein should I be getting a day?
5) Should I still be taking protein if I am not body building but doing lower strength training?

    cardio is great for burning fat, try a spin class. weights and strength training are great for shaping your body.
