How do you enter zumba into the exercise tracker? It's not a workout option. Ive been using dancing, general, but would like for it to be accurate.
Thanks so much!

Go to Exercise, then to My Exercises, then to Create Exercise and you can enter it manually.0

I added it myself as Zumba and I use a HRM to calculate exactly what I've burned each time I go.0

Zumba is very vigorous so general dancing probably is not going to give you the calorie amount that is even close to what you are burning with Zumba. I use aerobics that are vigorous/high impact. I think that would be closer to the caloric burn than general dancing. I was going to enter it like that but decided against it. This is what I found when I searched the web for caloric burn.... off of EHow.com. .During an hour long session you can burn anywhere from 500 to 800 calories. On average, a 150-lb. person can expect to burn 536 calories during an hour of Zumba. By comparison, the same person would burn 413 calories during an hour of moderate swimming, 477 for an hour of casual racquetball and 684 for an hour of running at a 10-minute-mile pace.

I'm guessing its time to invest in a HRM. I don't know how many calories i burn when i do it.

the most accurate way is to use a HRM, however for a quick easy to use tool based on metabolic averages using your weight and workout intensity level try http://sites.google.com/site/zumbacaloriesburnt0
