Hi everyone. I'm 19, married and have a wonderful 2 year old son. Before I got pregnant I was 125lbs. I gained about 50lbs from that pregnancy (ridiculously, I know). But I've maintain that same weight for 2 years and its time for it to come off. All of it! I started my fitness pal about a month or 2 ago but just got serious about it recently and already lost 6lbs! I'm hoping for some more encouragement. My husband gives me lots of encouragement but he's 6ft. 144lbs. and can eat anything he wants all day long and not gain an ounce. And it's hard to stay on track with him bringing junk food home and eating all day long. I am looking forward to some new encouragement buddies. Hope you're one of them

Hi,
Welcome, I'm new I just started using the site on Wednesday. I hope you can reach your goal.0 -
Feel free to add me to your friends! I always had the same problem. My husband could eat anything he wanted and never gain a pound. Me on the other hand....gain easily. We are in our 50's and he has developed some cholesterol issues and has gained weight. Now we are doing this together and it is so much easier. We joined a gym and both look for healthy recipes to fix. Your husband doesn't have to have to lose weight to help you out. Eating healthier for family meals will make a big difference....this would be a great start for your family and is something you can do together. Good luck.0
