    Many people have e-mailed me asking what I've done.

    Here are my tips that have worked for me:

    - Changed my goals to 40% protein, 35% carbs, 25% fat
    - Exercised 4-5 days a week and tried to keep my heart rate at around 170-180 (by running, elliptical, weights, spin, zumba, hiking, lots of different exercises)
    - Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. I keep a few gallons of water under my desk at work to have it there (no excuses)
    - Eat plenty of lean protein
    - Eat plenty of veggies

    Nothing crazy! Just patience, determination, and respect for your mind and body. It's amazing how much of this journey is about the mind. Feel free to friend me or message!
