Another Newbie!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to drop by say hello and say I look forward to talking too many of you. I am looking for advice as well as sharing some of my experiences in my success and failures in this new journey. I was recently in a few photos (this never happens) and I was shocked!!!

So now is the time for me to drop 80lbs and I know that keeping a food diary is the best way to start. I also downloaded the MFP app to my phone :bigsmile: . Well that is the quick and short version. Talk to y’all real soon!

    I was a newbie in Sept of last year but let this and other stuff slip. Had a good smack in the head and realized I really need to get some things under control and this was one of them! What a day to start SUPER BOWL SUNDAY and my Packers were playing! I didn't do too bad though. Hello everyone...looking forward to getting to know ya'll.

    Ive had the flu the past few days so food has not been my friend. Today went good soup was yummy!! no hot wings or pizza for me either:sad:
