thought I would say hello to everyone
.
I am new to this forum, I have already lost 117lbs (or 53kgs) but I still have about 2 stone (10kgs) more to lose to get to my ideal weight.
As of today I weigh about 100kg, the weight was flying off at an average of 4.5 lbs a week but in the last 2 weeks I have lost about 1 lb so I have hit my plateau. So I need to try something different to keep the weight coming down. I have joined this forum to see if I can get any ideas on how to shed the rest but also to try and help motivate others.
In the last 6 months I have had some good moments and some not so good, I am nearly there but I will not give up until I reach my goal even if it takes another 6 months!!
