Okay I am tired of looking in the mirror and being reminded that i am the heaviest i have been ever, except while being pregnant. Its time to change that. I would also like to connect with other people on here for support and ideas

  • its great to see someone else really wanting to make that change/improvement to who they are. I finally am looking to put my body to the test(after all it is a new year). I really have to stay motivated, and interested in becoming healthier and exercise. Although I am a male, at 34, 5ft 9 and roughly 220, I still have things to work on to improve. Since I started back at the gym, I may have lost a little bit or at least strengthened my legs with cardio. I am trying to keep the cardio as my workout back bone, along with keeping upper and lower body strong. I work 3rd shift, so my sleep and food habits change too.
