Any one tried OxyElite Pro???

I have a friend who went to GNC this weekend and asked what was the best weight loss supplement because she hasn't been able to lose her last 10 pounds. They recommended OxyElite Pro... My friend didn't want to just buy a product without knowing if it is going to work and at GNC they told her if she buys any other product they will give you a 7 day supply of OxyElite Pro because they state it will work.... I went online and looked at all the reviews and most of the review were great and of course you do have a few reviews that were bad... They keep comparing this product to the orginal Hydroxcut... All I know is I have worked out as hard as I can for 5 weeks straight and stayed under my 1200 calories by eating healthy and only lost 1.2 pounds...
I am 44 years old and I need to lose 50 pounds... 6 years ago before my daughter was born but after my son was born I lost 40+ pounds by working out and jogging and taking Hydroxcut everyday... The only thing different this time is I am not taking any supplements other than with than Vitamins...
Just wanted to get some feedback???
Thanks,
Sherry

im using oxyelite and a bunch of my friends! I LOVE IT! it gives me energy and that little exxtra push during my workouts! u cannot take them if you do not exert the energy through working out! I see my body changing and i also feel slight appetite supression!0

Staying under your 1200 calories? I'm pretty sure (given what you've just said) that your problem is undereating. If you're working out as hard as you can, your body needs more calories to be able to function while you're doing all that. I tried to eat less than 1200 calories to lose weight a few months ago, and it only resulted in a really long plateau. Try gradually adding in more protein and calories and see if you start losing again. I'd suggest eating back half of your exercise calories. I'm personally set at 1530 calories a day, which I just changed it to a week or so ago.0

hydroxcut was recalled because it killed a boy. liver damage i believe. i took it as well, but stopped after i saw that on like web md or something. i take some green tea pills now with acia berry (or however you spell that) haha.

My husband works at the Vitamin Shoppe and had brought home some samples. I tried it for a few days. Normally caffeine doesn't do anything for me even those energy drinks. But when I tried these I had a burst of energy it felt like I was on drugs or something, and felt my heart racing, and then i got dizzy after a few days so I stopped. My husband has heard of a lot of people losing weight on it, but see if it works for you, everyone will react differently I think. My husband took them and felt a little more energetic but not as much as me.0

I have not used any time of weigh loss supplement since 2007. IN 2008 when i decided I want to lose this weigh I had gained and loss and gained and loss again. I decided to do it the right way with exercise and watching how I eat and then it slowly started to come off.0

As Far as my diet and I doing a whey protein shake for breakfast with adds up to 30 grams of protein.. I eat a small amount of almonds for snack... I have been drinking my 8 glasses of water a day through the week... I don't always get as much water on the weekend... I try and eat salads or subway subs and eggs so I do think I am getting enough protein... I do allow a cheat day on the weekends but I always exercise extra to make up for that... So since I have not lost much weight I thought I would try a supplement to jump start my weight loss....0

I take it and like it.
I had no bad side affects. When I started to lose weight last summer, I lost 15lbs on my own which took 2 months while doing Insanity. I did another round of Insanity while taking OEP and I lost 13lbs in one month. My OEP cycle end in Nov 2010. I just started it back up today to lose the last few lbs. I had hit my goal weight in NOvVand have been maintaining it since than. So I did not gain weight back after I stopped and that was with the holiday season and changing up my birth control pill!!!
It says take 1 -3 pills a day so the option is yours on how many pills to take. After 2 weeks of taking it I tried 3 pills and it made me feel queasy so I went back to one to 2 pills a day. I wake up at 5am to take my first pill so that 6 hours later I can take my second pill. I don't stay up all night either. - Now if you take a pill like later in the day than up may be up all night.
Years ago when I did take a weightloss supplement I expected the pill to do the work. Now I know I must put in the work in order for a supplement to work. Before I started OEP I made sure to ask TONS of questions at GNC and search online. I hardly find any bad reviews of OEP.
With this cycle I'm doing now, I'm starting TurboFire.0 -

Your welcome! There is going to be people that will "look down on you" if you do decide to take a weight loss supplement and think of it as cheating. But I'm not ashamed about it and doing what works for me.
Yes, I'm the impatient type (That's why I ordered Insanity and now Turbo Fire because low impact workouts don't cut it for me when I want fast results! lol). But like I said before I know that I must put in most of the work instead of popping a pill and doing nothing. I
Always listen to your body also. = )
Oh and my daily calories intake ranged from 1500 - 21000 -
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
I know I am putting in the work and I am eating healthier and when we don't see the results after a long period of time we want to give up but I know I am not going to give up this time... I am going to lose this weight and if I have to help it along with some help of a supplement then I am OK with that... I like what you said is to "listen to my body" and if I feel like the supplement is not working for me then I will move on and try something else....
Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI I have actually used it and currently do. It depends on what you are looking for.
It boosts the energy and helps control the appetite. Which since the appetite is suppressed it is easier to fill up on healthy foods.
I like the supplement and would definitely recommend it.0
