Hi I'm Chris, just heard of this sounds like a good start for me, it's time for that change... again ; ) how many ounces of water is considered a glass?

You should have 8 oz. of water in one cup. What I have been doing is I have two containers that can hold 32 ounces of liquid and I drink 2 -3 of those filled with water. :flowerforyou:0

i usually class an 1/2 pint glass as 1 cup and aim for 1 3/4 litres a day0
