Hi everyone,
My name is Julie and I am new here, I just found this site today and find it could be good for me
)
I actually started my weight loss journey in November and have lost 18lbs so far ... so I'm doing good but I am very interested in seeing what works and what doesn't for others. For the past couple of weeks I've been struggling and keep going up and down about 3-4lbs which is driving me crazy...
I am a pear shape and I hear it's harder so if anyone has tips for me I'd be really happy.

Hello Julie! Nice to meet you, welcome to MFP! I recommend drinking green tea with your diet, studies show that it has a slight effect on your metabolism long term, which may make it easier to drop the pounds. It also has tons of antioxidants in it so it is good for you.
I drink 3 cups a day and I feel more energetic!

) I do drink green tea but only one or two a day.. I'll try to drink more..
and my diet coach recently got me taking Fish Oil supplements also, they are proven to help.0
