Droid App for Grocery Lists?

I just got a Droid and I'm very new to the Apps. Does anyone know a good Droid app for grocery lists? I'd love one that could scan barcodes and import lists from my computer. I did some searching and didn't come across anything that could do both.

I like out of milk...So far it has been awesome. It took inventory of what I already had which was way cool to. I had to put it in of course, but still I like it...0
