Advocare Herbal Cleanse

anyone recommend this? i have a friend that sells it. i'm only interested in the cleanse part. i cannot take any kind of stimulant due to heart palpitations. i heard women can expect to lose 10 lbs and men can expect to lose 20 lbs. anyone know what my typical diet would be? right now i'm eating very healthy and consuming 1500 cal a day.

    My husband is a rep. I only use the Spark product but he's done the cleanse and had great success with it.

    Hello,
    I looked up this product and found this news footage, the woman in the news report said she lost 20lbs doing the cleanse and that helped jump start her weight lost. Hope this is helpful to you.

    Hi! Haven't heard of it myself, but am going to research it now.... maybe see if it would be a good "boost". and if I can get any around here... I'll be watching to see anyone else's responses!
