What's going on, everybody? I'm Tim and I'm new to the site. Hoping to keep my workout scheduled and in good order. I'm 25 years old from NY who was previously in the military. Currently I'm a student studying Computer Business Technology and living in San Diego. I'm interested in dropping weight and improving myself as an all-around person.. My interest include reading, writing, Xbox 360 ( hardcore gamer. Lol), and spending time w/ my children. Any advice or reccomendations for workouts come greatly appreciated. Thanks!
