5 days no soda!

I've always told myself, 'ok from tomorrow, no soda'. that has usually lated half a day. but this time, it's lasted 5 days! even after a horrible morning and craving soda, i went a bought one and then didn't drink it.

SO proud of myself :) (except for wasting that dollar!)

    The seemingly simplest things are the hardest to overcome, but ones that ball starts rolling, look out! Congrats!

    Good job! That was one of the hardest things I had to give up! Good for you!!! Keep at it-you can do it!
  • GREAT WORK. An option if it gets suuuuper hard is sparkling water with juice. Don't do tooo much, because juice actually has a lot of sugars in it. But sometimes if I have a really strong craving or am out to eat, I'll have cranberry juice and sparkling water. :smile: Keep up the good work & keep giving your body the best!

  • That is so great! And you won't regret it! Other than an occasional sip, I haven't been drinking soda for over 8 years! And now I don't even like it. And the more you cut out unhealthy things, the more you will like healthy things. Congratulations!! =)

    you can do it! I decided to give it up for New Year's and the first couple weeks are rough - but now I don't even crave it anymore! don't give up, you got this!
