Favorite Songs to Workout To?

Options
The music on my iPod is getting a bit dated and I'm looking to get some fresh tracks on it.

So if you could pick JUST TWO SONGS to listen to for every workout for the next 6 months, what would they be?

For me its more about the bands than songs. I tend to listen to whole albums when i work out, since im a metal/rock head its usualy something very upbeat.
So lately i've been listening to alot of Stone Sour or Slipknot. :)
