My brother and sister are on My Fitness Pal and like it, so I thought this might be what I need to get going for 2011. I lost 28 lbs. last year, but I haven't lost anything this year. I have done well with exercising this year, so I'm happy about that. Anyway, I think that keeping a food journal will help me think about how much I eat.
