Hi,

I have ran out of food in my dorm. I need some help w/ my list because I am looking for healthy foods w/:
A kinda high amount of Calories, A GREAT amount of Protein, NO MSG/Sodium Nirate, but LOW sodium/sugar (I.E. Grits, Malt O Meal, Oatmeal, etc....But i eat that ALL the time.)

So far, I have:
Pouch tuna and salmon
Nature's Own: Cinnamon & Raisin Bagels
Brown Rice (it can be microwaved).
umm...That's it. :(

Thanks for your help in advance! :D

*I do NOT have my mini icebox nor my can opener yet...So refrigrated and canned foods cannot be brought this time, only dry or pouched foods.*

I would get some cheese sticks, I love Sargento string cheese. If you have a freezer, you could have a small bag of frozen blueberries to stir into some yogurt before you go to bed, then they will thaw overnight and just stir it up and maybe add some really good granola. I like to have some good quality sliced deli turkey handy too. Great snack to grab 2-3 slices.
