I've been on the program 2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. It's all mathmatics so you have to count accurately your calorie intake each day. The average human body consumes 1500 calories per day just for normal daily functions like breathing, heart beat, ETC.. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. Their calculators are based on these numbers and other variables.
Search the internet for foods that actually help you burn calories naturally. I posted little signs around my house and office. "Hunger is good!" When you are hungry it is your body telling you that it is using reserve energy (fat) and you need to eat more.

Good Morning, I have to agree it does work, I am on my 2nd week, during my first week I lost 6 pounds, reducing your calorie intake and exercising does help you reach your goal,0
