New and could use some support

Hi, my name is Misty and I am looking to lose 100 lbs. My biggest problem is that I constantly have to eat at fast food restaurants and that makes it harder. I also recently had surgeries to repair both of my ankles so exercise has also been a battle. I am trying but could use some support friends. Thanks!

    Welcome..can I ask why you always have to eat at fast food places? Why not bag lunch or cooler lunch?

    Ohhhhh ankel surgery, i have been though that. I would say just walk as much as you can and then slowly increase your pace and/or distance after every week or 2. Dieting wise, well lets say the foods you like at the fast food joint why not just make them at home....MAKE SOME AND FREEZE SOME FOR LATER! I love burgers, so i just make turkey burgers! Also, tacos, baked chicken instead of fried, instead of fries have mashed or baked potatoes! The first step is the know you have a problem, second is to find ways to fix it, and lastly...Execute in order to get results!! Good Luck!!
