I just bought a bottle of PGX in hopes to assist me along the way.... what do people think about it???

    there is a free diet plan online... but there are supplements as well that you can take that help regulate the blood sugar levels, lower cholestrol and have a lot of fibre in them... Hoping this will give me the boost I neeed
