too much protein?

I keep going over my protein "limits" for the day. I have a protein shake for breakfast every morning, just one scoop, but if I eat any tuna or chicken I tend to go over. Is there a huge downfall to this?

    From what I've read on here, no. They say that MFP is low on those averages anyway. I'm always over too. I have a protein packed breakfast, and some sort of protein for lunch and dinner, and my greek yogurts have a lot of protein as well (though, I don't eat them every day). I'm usually a good 50 points over. I forget where I'm at tonight but it's in that range.
  • yeah i average about 20 over daily, i like to pack up earlier in the day too. i normally dont care for breakfast, so my shakes help curb my hunger.

  • sweet thanks. my roommate said that only one pair of my muscles is going to just get huge (jokingly). we were imagining what it'd be like if JUST my traps were swelled to the max. haha.
