Do any of you use a 'Meal Plan'? Either from a website or a book? (NOT FROZEN PREMADE MEALS - just a menu)
I guess I was never taught proper nutrition, and I'm still so new to this whole watching what I eat - that I'm actually spending more time looking up how many calories/sugar/protein/fiber are in things than I am actually eating them.
I was thinking if I had a premade meal plan, then I could get used to what I'm supposed to be eating and will be able to substitute and branch off from there.
Any help would be appreciated!
