Hey everyone! I haven't lost any weight last I saw but I am wanting to start to eat six small meals a day. Right now I eat if I'm hungry but usually by the time I get to it I'm starving and over eat. Does anyone have an meal plans or know of websites that can give me a sample?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have been snacking on green beans in between meals. Helps you make it to the next meal and it is minimal in calories. I love it. I overestimate a half a can as 1 cup which is 40 calories. Mmmm. Good luck hun!0

I've experienced a "plateau" lately myself and switched to 3 meals + AM and PM snacks.
For Breakfast, I'll usually do cottage cheese with fruit OR steel cut oats with fruit or nuts or dried cranberries OR a protein shake. AM snack is usually a hard boiled egg OR almonds/nuts OR fruit. Lunch is any number of things from homemade soups, salads or the occasional sandwich (tuna fish - limit the amount of mayo you use and always use light mayo). PM snack is either a piece of fruit OR almonds or string cheese. Dinner could range from a salad to pasta and anything in-between (within calories, of course). If I have enough calories left, I'll have something sweet after dinner - jello pudding or WW ice cream or skinny cow ice cream.
I've also been drinking 70-80 oz of water each day. Sounds crazy but it really does make a huge difference.
Hope this helps a bit...feel free to message me if you would like other meal or snack ideas. I'm trying to get away from processed foods so if you've got anything to share, I would appreciate it!
Good luck!0 -
I don't so much use a meal plan but I pack snacks with me everywhere I go. The only meals I really plan are my major meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My lunch bag always has fresh fruit and protein shakes in it.0

The amount of water you d rink is on par with what I drink now. Plus living in AZ in the summer you kinda have to drink that much.0
