Special K 14 day challenge

I would like to know if any of you have taken the Special K 14 day challenge. If so, what were your results and were you happy with the meal plan they offered. I am considering taking this challenge.

    I've thought about it, but really, you are better off eating a variety of foods. The only reason this challenge works is because you are only eating a certain amount of calories a day, not because the cereal is awesome or super good for you. You really are better off just eating healthy, whole foods and watching your calories.

  • even if all you ate was sweet and chocolate bars (make you ill dont do it) so long as you come in on calories target you will lose weight, the special k thing is far to restrictive on calories

    I tryed it.
    I worked out how much it expects u to eat for the breakfast and for the lunch 'bowls' u have to have.
    And i said aside calories for dinner.

    Because of course your only ment to swap breakfast and lunch for special k..

    So i had 200 cal bowl for breakfast. a 200 cal bowl for lunch. And then 750 cal for dinner.So in total 1,150 calories a day.

    And i didnt loose a pound, or in fact a 'mm', coz i was counting..
