    You mean like skin cleansing?
    Best thing you can do is use hot water when you shower to open your pores, and then after you wash, turn off the hot water for a few seconds of cold water. It'll probably be extremely uncomfortable the first few times, but it'll close up your pores to make them less likely to get bad stuff in them. Beyond that, acne pads are your friend :)
