Hi everyone. My name is Lisa and I am 39 years old. Pleasure to meet you! Well, I'm at it again...My problem is I want to lose weight and get healthy sooo bad, that I start out all fired up, lose 20 pounds, feel good, then get lazy. It's a terrible cycle and I am determinded to break it this time. I began Zumba classes 2x per week and I started the Biggest Loser for Wii, plus I have an exercise bike. I want to lose 30 pounds (should be 60) and keep it off before I can even think of losing my ultimate goal of 60. Any motivational ideas...I'm willing and eager to listen. Thanks, Lisa :)

    hi my wife and i are both new and we purchased the biggest loser for x-box program is great full body scan is unreal and keeps you motivated to get better each week we are both losing but can really see the toning effect good luck
