I started my goals about 2 weeks ago, I have been trying to workout mpore and watch my eating but for whatever reason i've gained almost 10 lbs!! Grrrr....

10 lbs. in 2 weeks? Are you sure you weighed yourself correctly to begin with, were you wearing something different, with or without shoes, right after or before you ate? There are a lot of factors here.0

There are a lot of things that might cause it. Time of day/clothes/new scales.
You also might want to double check all your settings on here. Just in case something was typed in incorrectly.0 -
ok a little less frustrated, i was wearing somthing entirely different, i reweighed but still gained about 4 lbs, maybe i need a different scale that reads better. but i also remember i have been drinking more mochas during the day, i always forget to count those, thank you!0

My shoes alone weigh 4 pounds! I always make sure to weigh wearing as little as possible, and always on the same reliable scale.
