Any tips on good snacks to eat between dinner and bedtime? --I don't mean sweets, just something to keep my stomach from growling.

On my day 1 I realized that nightime snacking was going to be a problem for me. I am in school online and it has been customary for me to snack on jelly beans while I work. Needless to say, that had to change quickly! I got myself some baby carrot sticks and they have done the trick. Its the chewing motion that helps me to process my thoughts not the food itself. So I really enjoy my sticks. Not to mention they are very good for you and low in calories. Hope this helps!0
