hello...is it ok to eat one piece of fried chicken breast (330 cals.)...i have 510 cals. left for the day...but why do i feel so guilty???:sad:

    I actually do eat them from KFC, but without the skin and breading. It's like 160 calories that way. I know things are different depending where it is from. I say enjoy it.

    Eat the chicken; you will still have an extra 180C's in the bank. Don't rob yourself of your enjoyments especially when you are under target calories.
  • If you have the calories, eat the chicken--enjoy it. Don't deprive yourself of treats if you are under calories.

    I like to treat myself with a dessert of 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 3 Lindor Chocolate balls some nights--total craving killer.
  • When I feel like eating something like fried chicken I have it but only after I eat a huge salad of only lettuce, cucumber and tomato with no dressing. That way I don't undo my day and I don't feel like I am denying myself.
