It's when people don't have time to enter the whole nutrition label and just want to quick add the calories that they know they ate.0

I use it for when I make something thats not really a serving size like sauteed onions for my steak, etc.0

Just know if you do that, you're missing out on tracking fat, carbs, protein, sodium, and all the other nutrients that are in your food. There's more to healthy weight loss than just the number of calories.0 -
it's not about calories! it's about the macros.
protein/fat/carbs
quick add ignores that.
